My courses, guides, readings and Soul Circle memberships are digital. The moment you buy, you get access to downloads, lessons and my methodologies, and that can’t be returned. Because of this, all sales are final and I don’t offer refunds or exchanges.

Your reading is prepared from the birth details you enter, so please check your date, time and place of birth carefully before you order. If you notice a mistake, email me as soon as you can. If I haven’t started your reading yet, I’ll update it.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Payments that have already been made are not refunded.

• If you were charged twice for the same order, email me and I’ll refund the duplicate charge.
• If you can’t open a download, a lesson or a video, email me and I’ll make sure you get access to what you paid for.

If I change this policy, I will update it here and change the date at the top. The policy in place when you made your purchase is the one that applies to it.
