Pluto in Aquarius 2024: Life-Altering Changes for Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius – What You Need to Know

On November 19, 2024, at 3:29 PM EST, Pluto will make its long-awaited move into Aquarius, marking the start of a new era of transformation, particularly for the fixed signs—Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. Pluto, the planet of deep transformation, often ushers in upheaval and forces us to confront what no longer serves us. For fixed signs, which naturally resist change, this could be a challenging yet pivotal time. The higher the degree of your sign, the more intense the transformation will feel as Pluto makes its powerful transit through Aquarius.

What Pluto in Aquarius Means for Fixed Signs by House

Each of the 12 houses in astrology represents different areas of life, and the house Pluto moves through in your chart will determine where these transformations will unfold. Here’s a breakdown of what this could mean for fixed signs depending on which house Pluto occupies:

1. 1st House (Self-Image and Identity): If you have Aquarius rising, Pluto’s journey through your 1st house will bring a radical shift in how you view yourself. You may feel compelled to undergo a deep personal transformation—this could mean a change in appearance, behavior, or even a complete reinvention of your identity.
2. 2nd House (Money and Values): For those with Taurus in the 2nd house, Pluto will stir up changes in your financial situation and how you perceive wealth. You may experience shifts in income or feel the need to redefine your relationship with material possessions and personal values.
3. 3rd House (Communication and Thought Processes): If Pluto moves through your 3rd house, especially for fixed signs like Leo, expect a shift in how you communicate and process information. Pluto will challenge you to confront deep-seated beliefs and patterns, potentially leading to breakthroughs in how you express yourself.
4. 4th House (Home and Family): If Scorpio rising places Pluto in your 4th house, prepare for transformations related to your home and family life. You may feel compelled to move, restructure family dynamics, or revisit ancestral ties that have shaped your sense of security.
5. 5th House (Creativity and Pleasure): For those with Pluto in the 5th house (Leo natives), expect a rebirth in how you express creativity and engage in romantic relationships. Pluto here will encourage you to reevaluate how you find joy and inspiration, pushing you to explore more authentic and fulfilling forms of pleasure.
6. 6th House (Health and Daily Routine): If Pluto is transiting your 6th house, particularly for Taurus, it will push you to overhaul your daily habits and health routines. You may need to let go of unhealthy practices, embracing a more disciplined and transformative approach to wellness.
7. 7th House (Relationships and Partnerships): If Pluto passes through your 7th house, especially for Aquarians, expect major shifts in your relationships. This could mean the end of certain partnerships or the transformation of existing ones, forcing you to seek deeper, more authentic connections.
8. 8th House (Transformation, Shared Resources, and Death): Scorpio is naturally comfortable here, but Pluto will amplify themes of intimacy, shared resources, and even your approach to death and rebirth. This period will demand a deep dive into what you fear and hold close.
9. 9th House (Beliefs and Higher Learning): If Pluto moves through your 9th house, especially for Leos, expect a transformation in your belief systems and pursuit of knowledge. This transit may push you to explore higher education, philosophy, or even spiritual beliefs in a more profound way.
10. 10th House (Career and Public Life): If Pluto enters your 10th house, particularly affecting Taurus, prepare for shifts in your career and public image. This may be a time of upheaval in your professional life, prompting a reevaluation of your ambitions and how you want to be seen by the world.
11. 11th House (Community and Aspirations): For those with Pluto transiting the 11th house, particularly Aquarians, your long-term goals and social connections will undergo transformation. Expect to reassess your place in your community and your aspirations for the future.
12. 12th House (Subconscious and Spirituality): If Pluto moves through your 12th house, especially for Scorpio, it’s time to confront hidden fears and subconscious patterns. This transit will bring deep psychological transformation, helping you to clear emotional blockages and evolve spiritually.
