Luna’s Journal – Cosmic Reflections Entry #1
There is a place you go before your next chapter begins.
Not forward. Not backward.
Just still.
You’re not quite who you were,
and not yet who you’re becoming.
Some call it stagnation.
Some call it depression.
But the mystics call it the void.
It’s the space where you’re no longer in your old life,
but haven’t yet stepped into your next one.
It can feel like a kind of death…
and in some ways, it is.
But here’s the truth:
If you’re in the void, it means you’re very much alive.
This isn’t the end.
This is the cocoon.
This is where your soul shapeshifts.
We’re taught to fear the void.
To fill it.
To hustle our way out of it.
But the void is not your enemy.
It is your sacred womb.
The place where the universe rewrites your code.
Where the old self dissolves,
and the new self whispers:
“I’m coming. Hold on.”
If you find yourself there now—floating, uncertain, invisible—
please know:
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
This is where your soul sheds skins that can’t go with you.
Where your spirit reconfigures itself to hold the next level of your life.
It may feel like nothing is happening. But everything is.
You are not lost.
You are in transit.
Let yourself rest.
Let yourself not know.
Let yourself trust what cannot yet be seen.
The void is not empty.
It is you, waiting to be born again.
With infinite grace,
Luna
🌑 Journal Prompt:
What parts of me are dissolving in this season of stillness, and what new version of me is asking to emerge?
Write without editing. Let your soul speak freely, even if the words don’t fully make sense yet. The void is fluent in mystery.
✨ Affirmation:
“I trust the space between who I was and who I’m becoming. In this stillness, I am reborn.”
